Acceptable use & anti-spam policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
This policy applies to everyone using mxsin.com, which is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited (company number 137228C). We have zero tolerance for spam. Our shared IP addresses and domains only stay trusted if every customer sends mail people want. Breaking this policy can lead to immediate suspension.
You must
- Send only to people who asked for your email (clear opt-in) or have an existing relationship covered by PECR's soft opt-in.
- Honour unsubscribes at once. We add one-click unsubscribe headers and suppress addresses for you.
- Use your own verified domains, with accurate From, Reply-To and subject lines.
- Keep hard bounces under 2% and spam complaints under 0.1% (Gmail and Yahoo require under 0.3%).
You must not send
- Purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists, or mail to role addresses (abuse@, postmaster@ …) or disposable addresses you did not get opt-in from.
- Phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, or content for regulated goods without the required licences.
- Mail that hides its sender, or uses link shorteners and redirects to hide where links go.
- Anything that gets our IPs or domains listed on Spamhaus or other blocklists.
How we enforce it
Automatic checks score every outgoing message, check links and sender domains against Spamhaus DBL, SURBL and URIBL, and watch bounce and complaint rates. Sending can be held for review or paused automatically. Accounts that send spam are suspended, and serious or repeated breaches end the account.
Complaints
We take part in mailbox-provider feedback loops. When a recipient marks a message as spam, the address is suppressed for that sender immediately and the complaint is recorded against the account. Complaint and bounce rates are monitored continuously; accounts above our thresholds are paused while we review them. Every bulk message carries a working one-click unsubscribe.
Reporting abuse
If you received unwanted mail sent through mxsin, please forward it with full headers to abuse@mxsin.com. Machine-readable ARF reports are welcome. Reports are reviewed and acted on.
