Terms of service

  1. Who we are. mxsin.com is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited (company number 137228C) (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
  2. The service. We provide email sending (API and SMTP), inbound email to webhooks, and related tools.
  3. Your account. You must give accurate details, keep your credentials safe and turn on two-step verification where we require it. You are responsible for everything sent with your keys.
  4. Acceptable use. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. New accounts start in sandbox mode until we approve them.
  5. Suspension. We may pause or suspend sending immediately to protect our infrastructure and reputation (for example: high bounce or complaint rates, blocklistings, spam, malware or legal requests), and will tell you why.
  6. Fees. As agreed in writing for your plan. We may change our fees. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your account.
  7. Data. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data. Where we process personal data for you, we do so on your instructions.
  8. Liability. The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Email delivery is never guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 3 months.
  9. Ending. You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
  10. Third-party names. Names of other companies and services mentioned on this site or in our setup guides (such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy and Fasthosts) are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to help you find the right settings. mxsin.com is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.
  11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
